A guy at work won't stop talking, always trying to start conversation with another guy who isn't interested in talking to him. Or trying to talk to another motor-mouth.
The boss can't seem to keep this guy from talking.
I'm sure I could say, "mike, shut the fuck up".
There's probably a more tactful way.
Any ideas?

The level headed advice I've been needing.
Actually one thing to do when he comes over to talk to me is to relax...instead of getting all tensed up and ready to punch him. I kinda had a moment of clarity last week when I realized that I've been a big grump for a long time. To my friends I'm perfectly nice but work is another story.

There is a fat cow in my room who is just the same. I want her to shut the fuck up every day. I just put my headphones on with my music REALLY LOUD. I'm surprised i haven't killed her yet. -
