this lady is unbelievable. she calls me up and tells me to get her a free ticket to come visit her son (my boss), with very specific times of day when she wants to fly. she also demands first class. i don't know if any of you guys know how hard it is to get a non stop award ticket for first class, but it's next to impossible. so i get her coach, and my boss is supposed to schmooze someone to get her upgraded. she leaves next friday, and she just called me and demanded to know where her e-ticket is. when i told her we were working on the upgrade, she FREAKED. it didn't help that her cell phone kept cutting in and out. the last thing i heard her yelp was "OH, JUST FORGET IT!"

i mean JESUS i am not her fucking travel agent. GRRRRRR.
