Yeah I'm pretty much to the point where I don't care anymore because it's a campus job and I am transferring in 2 weeks when the semester ends. It's because I'm transferring that my job has sucked so much. They refused to train me to do anymore than the bare minimum because they didn't want to have to hire anyone again next year to replace me on the grounds that then they'd have to train someone next year. Everyone in the office is in charge of two things, and they hired another guy to do one of my jobs and have left me hanging all year.
I built our dept.'s website, which was awesome, but it only took me two weeks and was supposed to take me all semester. Now is do grunt work all week and it is ridiculously boring. I would've quit a long time ago if I didn't need the money so bad. On Monday, I have a self evaluation where I tell my boss if I think I"ve done a good job or not and how much I like working there. On the written portion I just wrote "I don;t like working here" and turned it in, and yesterday, my boss asked me how my experience working in our dept. had been. HA!
