so i just found out that myself and the other EA here are going to get booted from our offices and put in two tiny desks in public space (right next to the office printer, too, ugh) because we are hiring 2 new people who insisted on having their own offices.
while we are not performing jobs as sophisticated as they are, clearly seniority means nothing. so we're getting put next to eachother in a high traffic area and we are 2 ppl who are constantly on the phone. there is no word whatsoever on how temporary it will be, since the powers that be seem hesitant to expand the space to fit the number of people working.
GRRRRRRR i wish i could quit.

Re: somebody calm me down
Wed, March 31, 2004 - 3:44 PMi just decided i am indeed going to quit, since it;s not only going to be temporary, but they making it an even more high traffic area than it is already.
i should be doing more creative work anyway. i basically act as the entire art department here, but it's not what i consider challenging since we're a financial company. -
