      <description>You can refuse to sign it, but they'll just write down that you refused to sign. Should you ever end up in court, it doesn't matter who signed it as long as it is dated. Trust me, the law is in favor of who ever keeps the best records.</description>

      <description>So, I got a "verbal warning" earlier this week for not kissing-ass and generally hating my job (see my blog for more info).  Now they want me to sign my verbal warning.  Doesn't that make it not verbal?  Can I refuse to sign it?</description>
